How Long Will it Take To Get my Jewelry?


Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with expedited shipping selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All pre-orders placed will be fulfilled within 4 weeks, we will try our best to get our OOS (Out of Stock) products to you as quickly as possible.

What material are the necklaces made of?

18k Gold Vermeil:

How do you pronounce that? We've got you: ver-may. Not to be confused with regular gold plating, our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k solid gold on sterling silver meaning it will last longer. You get the look & feel of gold jewelry at a fraction of the price. We use 18k gold that is a minimum of 2.5 microns thick, as required by the Federal Trade Commission to classify vermeil, layered over sterling silver. All of our 18k gold vermeil pieces are stamped with “925”. *

Customer Care:

Avoid wetting, sweating, and sleeping with your jewelry to maintain its color and form for a longer time. Jewelry worn in the shower will not rust, however, if handled with care they may last for years.                        
Customer Returns:
Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. Zyphyr Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Damages?
Please email contact@zyphyrjewelry.com within 7 days of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order. 
What if my necklace does not fit?
Please Email us immediately after you order your necklace if you would like to request for your necklace to be a longer length. Our chains are usually 10-24 inches long, however you can request for a longer chain if your jewelry is eligible.
How much is USA shipping?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

Ground Shipping 2-8 business days, depending on location
Expedited Shipping 2-4 business days
Do you ship internationally? 
We do ship worldwide! Rates for International orders may vary depending on country. 
How can I track my Package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again.
What if my package is lost/damaged?
The team is happy to assist, please contact us immediately. 
What if my package was returned to the sender? 
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
