Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with expedited shipping selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

|Expedited Shipping||2-4 business days|
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Zyphyr Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. Zyphyr Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Zyphyr Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of delivery of the package. The customer must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their order number. We will review all issues that are submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review.
